We offer a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
In order to return your item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, so it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and rectify the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept backorders or items purchased using gift vouchers.

To ensure that you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please return the item you received and make a separate purchase of the new item once your return has been received.

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason.
